The kitchen team at the Restaurant Edelweiss will be happy to prepare typical Swiss cuisine for you as we are proud of the culinary delights of our homeland. The famous Swiss cheese is a real treat for the palate in the Rösti with raclette cheese or in a cheese fondue.

One glass of fine sparkling prosecco or a glass of Swiss white wine to celebrate your holiday? A full-bodied beer from the Eichhof brewery to top off your day? Or a fresh and spicy Alpine whiskey, made just a few kilometers away from our hotel?
Ask in our restaurant or in our bar for Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky "ICE LABEL" Edition, the special whisky that can be enjoyed in the eternal ice of the Jungfraujoch at 3454 m above sea level. Or enjoy one of the other fine brandies from Whisky Interlaken Swiss Highland, which are stored in the Bernese Oberland – in a rock cellar on the Rugen from 1875.

4-course evening meal
The Swiss mountain air makes you hungry ... at our abundant breakfast buffet you can get a good start to your day in our bright dining room with coffee, tea, rolls, bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruit spreads, honey, muesli, yoghurt as well as boiled eggs. The breakfast buffet awaits you from 7:00 to 9:30 am.
When booking half board we will serve you a delicious 4-course menu in the evening. We kindly ask you to be seated between 6:30 and 8:00 pm. You can only book the half board in winter.
In the À-la-carte restaurant we also offer a wide variety of dishes - and we recommend that you reserve a table.
